Arriving at Chorley Masonic Hall Bacon Barmcakes and a refreshing cup of Tea or Coffee were available and were enjoyed by all present. As usual there was a large deputation from the District of East Lancashire as well as deputations from our neighbouring Districts of Cumberland & Westmorland, Northumberland & Durham, Yorkshire, West Midland, Severn, East Anglia, Kent and Southern Counties. Whilst many were enjoying refreshments W.Bro. John Forster and his team of D.C.'s were busily schooling the team of District Officers prior to the meeting.
